Instructions

1. 1 Add the simple syrup and bitters to a rocks glass.
2. 2 Pour in the whiskey and add one large ice cube.
3. 3 Stir gently for 20-30 seconds to chill and dilute slightly.
4. 4 Express the oils from an orange peel over the glass and drop it in.

Instructions

1. 1 Add the bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a shaker.
